Engineered Wood
A real-wood engineered floor is the most versatile choice as it responds well to underfloor heating, has all the aesthetic benefits of a solid wood floor, but eliminates many of the issues posed by solid wood.
Typically formed in three tiers, the chosen species of wood shapes the top wear layer; a central core (softwood, high density fibreboard or plywood) adds stability and a balancing veneer completes the construction. The top wear layer can vary from 2.5mm to 6mm depending on the product with the full thickness of the board ranging from 14mm to 21mm.
All our engineered floors come in the same Grades and finishes as our solid wood floors.

Solid Wood
Solid Wood flooring is constructed from the very best traditional hardwoods and can transform any room introducing a Wow factor.
Your solid wood floor can be supplied with either a hard wearing lacquer finish or oiled for a natural look.
