This website is where you find out what Floors 4 U does, see some of the floors we have fitted, and get in touch. It is run by Suffolk Ceramics Ltd, company number 06436268, registered in England and Wales.

You cannot buy anything here. There is no basket, no checkout and no payment of any kind, and nothing on this website forms a contract between us. A job starts with a conversation and a visit, not with a click.

What we have written about carpet, LVT, vinyl, laminate and wood is general guidance, meant to help you work out roughly what you want before we come out. It is not advice about your particular rooms, and it is not a specification.

We take reasonable care to keep these pages accurate and up to date, but ranges, availability and what is sensible in a given room all change over time, and we cannot promise every page is complete and correct at every moment. If something here matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will confirm it properly.

Nothing on this website is a quotation, an estimate or an offer, and no price shown or implied anywhere on it is binding.

A quotation depends on the requirements and circumstances of the particular job — the rooms, the flooring you choose and what the work involves — so it is not something a web page can give you. The free home visit is where we can measure up and look at the job properly. Any figure or measurement you work out from this website should be treated as a rough idea and nothing more.

The same goes for whether a particular floor suits a particular room. That depends on the room, what is underneath it and the requirements of the particular job — it is not something a web page can settle. If we think a floor you like is the wrong choice for the room it is going in, we will say so.

The photographs on this website show genuine Floors 4 U work. None of them is a stock photograph or a manufacturer’s picture, and none of them is generated by a computer.

They show particular jobs rather than a standard result, and colour is never quite the same on a screen as it is in a room — which is exactly why we bring the samples to your home instead of asking you to choose from pictures.

A few pages link to websites we do not run. We link to them because we think they are useful, but we have no control over them, we are not responsible for what is on them, and a link is not a recommendation of anything they sell.

Once you follow a link away from this site, this page and our privacy policy no longer apply. Whatever that website does with your information is set out in their own policies.

The words on this website were written for it, and the project photographs are of our own work. Please do not copy or republish either without asking us first. If you would like to use something — a photograph for a write-up, say — get in touch and we will usually be glad to help.

“Floors 4 U” and the Floors 4 U mark identify this business, and we ask that they are not used to represent anyone else, or in a way that suggests we are connected to something we are not.

Not everything here is ours, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. This website is built with typefaces and a small number of icon designs made by other people and used under their own licences. Those remain the work of whoever created them.

Nothing on this page takes away or limits the rights you have under consumer law. If you buy a floor from us and have it fitted, your rights about the goods and the work are exactly what the law says they are, whatever any page on this website happens to say.
