This website does not set cookies of its own, and it does not use analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind. Nothing on it follows you between websites, builds a profile of you, or reports your visit to anybody else.

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep, so that something can be remembered — that you are signed in, what is in a basket, or, on many sites, that you are the same person who visited last week.

Some cookies are strictly necessary for a website to work properly. Others are optional — cookies used for analytics or advertising, for example. Strictly necessary cookies generally do not need your consent; optional ones generally do. This website currently uses neither kind.

Nothing. There is no cookie table further down this page because there is nothing to put in it. Specifically:

• no analytics — we do not use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or any other tool that counts or profiles visitors
• no advertising or marketing cookies, and no pixels or trackers of any kind
• no social media buttons, feeds or share widgets
• no embedded content from other companies — the project video is hosted on this site rather than on a video platform, so no third-party player is involved
• no fonts, scripts or images loaded from anyone else's servers — everything the pages need comes from this website

We are not making a virtue of restraint here. It is simply how the site is built.

A cookie banner exists to ask permission for the cookies that need permission. This website does not use any, so there is nothing to ask you about and nothing for you to accept or reject.

If we ever did use a cookie that needed your agreement, we would ask for it properly rather than assume it — and this page would say so first.

Websites rely on other services to run — the company that hosts the pages, and, once we add an enquiry form, whatever delivers the enquiry to us. Some of those services use a strictly necessary cookie for things like security or preventing spam.

None is in use today, and we are not naming a service we have not chosen. If one is ever needed, we will describe it here — what it is for and who provides it — before it starts being used, and we will update the date at the top of the page when we do.

Separately from cookies, the company that hosts a website normally keeps basic technical records of requests in order to serve pages and keep the site secure. That is ordinary hosting, not tracking, and it is not something you would see in your browser.

You do not need to do anything for this website. But every browser lets you see which cookies are stored, delete them, and block them from particular sites or from all sites, usually under settings named something like privacy, security or site data.

Blocking cookies will not affect this website, because it does not use any. It may well affect others.

Cookies are only one part of privacy, and on this site they are the smallest part. What matters more is what happens to the details you give us when you get in touch about a floor.
